Limited On-the-Job Training

The Interview Process
Expect a more in-depth interview process than normal. You’ll submit your resume, someone will schedule a short phone interview, then you’ll be scheduled for a longer in person interview, you will then be expected to contact your former supervisors for the past 5 years and ask them if we can call them at home to verify that what you have said about your performance at work is correct (we understand that it might not be prudent to speak to your current supervisor, but your being hired will be contingent upon us speaking with him after we have made a formal offer to you). The candidate we choose will be given a formal offer letter.
Onboarding
The first 90 days will be a probationary period
Our Culture
We have a Culture of “Serving Well” we are humble, and we expect our coworkers to be humble as well. That includes subordinates, supervisors, customers, cashiers, other drivers on the road, the customers’ neighbors.
Input from You
We are always open to ideas of how to make what we build and the way in which we build, more efficient, easier for you, and better quality. If you feel you need a better tool you can let us know. If your suggestion improves efficiency, or makes you more satisfied by making it easier on you without sacrificing quality, and we can afford to do it we will.
Working Environment
You can expect to show up at the customer’s house and have the right tools and materials waiting for you so that you can work a full day without having to run to the store.
